WTS NPO-SM Modul. It comes with two "big" plates, front and back and two "small" and also thinner plates for the sides. Not sure about material but it might be titanium. They are wrapped with aramid in front and some regular fabrick on the back. The main buckles for strapping around it are intact and good shape but the ones to adjust shoulders are gone. Doesn't affect functionality apart from you can't do some fine-adjustments for height.
