I am 173cm/skinny and it fits me perfectly on the smallest standard setting. It can be made even smaller but you will lose some molle space on the sides. Very comfortable to use when fully loaded due to padding. It is made with very high quality materials since it is real steel. The double elastic mag pouch is not in the picture but is included in the sell. There is minor wear around the vest but nothing substantial. Price is negotiable. Radio is not included, just in the picture to demonstrate (it is a Baofeng UV-5R and fits perfectly in the radio pouch).
